An emotion is described as a textual expression representing the face of a writer’s mood or facial expression. Emoticons are frequently used to alert a responder to the temper of a statement, and can transform and improve interpretation of plain text.

Research shows that the application of emoticons may have developed in the nineteenth century were they were regularly used in casual or comical writing. Digital forms of emoticons on the Internet were said to be conceived in September1982.

The word ‘emoticon’ is a combination of the words ‘emotion’ and ‘icon’ which is exactly what it is, an icon used to articulate emotions. In web forums, instant messengers and online games, and to some degree Microsoft Word, text emoticons are often automatically substituted with small related images, which came to be called “Emoticons” as well. Originally, these image emoticons were fairly simple and superseded only the most straightforward and common character series, but gradually they became so compound that the more specialized emoticons are often input using a menu or popup windows, sometimes listing hundreds of items.

Emoticons have also expanded further than plain caricature facial expressions to a variety of still or moving images. Were they were initially used as facial expressions; emoticons have now evolved to comprise other expressions such as an “emoticon” showing a guitar as an allusion to music.

Graphical emoticons were created in 1996. There is extensive use of GIF or PNG graphic files, because of their simplicity and small file size capabilities. most emoticon artists draw their emoticons pixel by pixel; the custom msn emoticons feature allows the use of animated msn emoticons up to 50×50 pixels in size. Some emoticons are made in vector format, such as SVG, and automatically developed using a graphics library. This allows SVG files to be automatically made as a GIF or PNG file, which is congruent with most browsers, which SVG is not.

Competition dieting is rather an individual matter as far as success goes. Generally, if one is in a calorie deficit, while maintaing a very high protein content and taking anabolics, that person will lose minimal muscle if any at all while losing a great deal of bodyfat. Add to that combo fat burning aids, and one can achieve stage shape very quickly.

Below is a standard formula that I used succesfully on many people. It is designed to make one in competition shape in extreme time. The biggest change so far has been one person that went from 21% to 4% bodyfat in the 9 weeks of the preparation.

DIET – Weeks 9 & 8

06.00 am training

08.00 12 egg whites, 1 apple, protein shake

10.00 100g rice, 1 apple, protein shake

12.00 red meat, salad (tomato, lettuce, cucumber), protein shake with 10g flax seed oil

14.00 100g bread, 1 apple, protein shake

16.00 tuna or chicken or fish, protein shake

18.00 100g maltodextrin, 1 apple

18.30 pm training

20.30 chicken or turkey or fish, salad, protein shake

21.30 run (20 – 30) minutes

This diet is to be followed Monday to Saturday. On Sunday, as many carbs as desired are allowed. Training is performed Mon to Sat with Sun off. Running is performed every night.

This diet is the diet for the weeks 9 and 8, competition being at end of week 1. The times on the diet are as an example and they should be modified to suit ones needs. However, DO NOT miss meals and DO NOT swap them around!!! The aim here is to only have the amount of carbs outlined on the diet. Fat is absolutelly minimal. Protein is at maximum. On this diet, you should never feel hungry. If you do, eat more protein.

After 2 weeks of this diet, you will drop the maltodextrin carb meal. Two weeks later, you will drop the bread carb meal. Two weeks after that, you will drop the rice meal. That will leave you 2 weeks on virtually no carbs. Don’t worry, by then, the body is used to using fat for energy, so you won’t have any problems. The hardest days will be the first week of your diet, until you will get used to using fat for energy.

When you drop a carb meal, replace it with a protein meal.

On the weekends, you can have as many carbs as you wish, but they have to be CLEAN carbs, so no McDonalds!

The last week, will be a full on carb week while you adjust your water levels. I will detail that in another article.

Abs are performed every workout. All days begin at 06.00 am.

This is the training set-up:

Bis, Tris Back Hams, Calves Chest Shoulders Quads Rest Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun Chest Shoulders Quads Bis, Tris Back Hams, Calves Rest

This is a very intense program. It’s designed to give maximum fat loss in minimal time with no muscle loss. It is VERY time consuming, but it’s guaranteed to work and it’s only for 9 weeks.

GEAR (steroids)

Use normal bulking gear until 4 weeks out (test, a-50, d-bol, deca, etc). 4 weeks out switch the test to test propionate or suspension. Drop the Deca/EQ, etc. Add primobolan, tren, winny, etc. One week out, only use tren, masteron, suspension, primo tabs, winny.

Use GH throughout – as much as you can afford. No insulin.

Use Arimidex or Nolvadex every day as desired. To keep your testes at a normal size, either use HCG every 4th week (2,000IU on Mon, Wed, Fri) or 50mg EOD of Clomid throughout the whole thing. Don’t use these for the last 4 weeks before the show though.

Cutting compounds: Use a good ECA product like SyntheBURN twice a day, every day. Use Clenbuterol at 80mcg/day for the first week. Increase it to 160mcg/d for the second week. The third week you add 25mcg/d T3. You add another 25mcg/d every week following that, until you reach 150mcg/d. You stay on that until the end of the diet. You stay on Clenbuterol thoughout as well. Yes, you will be racing! But you will not loose any muscle, so do not worry about that (as long as you take your protein in).

Last week do your diuretics program. That will be outlined in another article. One hour before stage time use Synthelator. It is the maddest vasodilator in the world. Within one hour of administering it, you will have the absolute most insane vascualrity you can imagine. The only place in the world that you can get it from is http://www.synthetek.com

This program will get you in competition shape pronto while keeping all your size on. If you appear to be losing muscle, eat more protein!

You can discuss the above article at: http://www.professionalmuscle.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1157 Products that you might need in relation to what I have discussed above or simply for the absolute best supplements available in the world right now go to: http://www.synthetek.com I can be personally contacted at: andecorp@yahoo.com

The dictionary defines metabolism as the sum of all biochemical processes involved in life, or the sustaining of life. In application concerning our health, metabolism is related to the intake and use of food. In reference to the case in point it is our ability to utilize our food to the fullest extent.

Right now, the greatest results in raising our metabolism come from exercise and building our muscle mass, while reducing our body fat. Adding more muscle to the body, in turn causes us to burn more calories, and this helps to elevate our metabolic rate.

Our metabolism functions also depend on how well we have taken care of our nutritional needs. Some people have really high rates of metabolism. In other words, when they consume food, their bodies burn it up almost as fast as then consume it. Then there are those of use who use our food intake so slowly, as to not even notice that we’re burning calories. These people who burn quickly are often slim and trim, the people who burn more slowly are the people with a tendency toward obesity.

The body’s metabolism is a unique process for each individual person. No two people metabolize food at the same rate therefore no two people have the metabolism. We all use our calories at different rates, with different results. Our metabolism, like our fingerprints is unique to each of us. But the need to understand and accommodate this metabolism is an issue that we all face.

All of this metabolic process is related to our calorie intake, our vitamin and nutrition needs, our thyroid and endocrine production, and how well all of these processes come together. For years, people have sought ways to raise the metabolic rate. If you can raise someone’s metabolic rate, you are then better able to control the burn of calories, especially for overweight or obese people. This would make the goal of better or improved health a much easier reality for those people. Efforts to date have produced very little results. There are foods that we can consume that naturally raise our metabolic rate, but not to a great extent. What we need is a way to directly alter the rate. We need to be able to raise our metabolism to a point where we can actually see a benefit.

This is where the effort to stay physically fit and active provides tremendous payoff. Over the course of your life, if you stay active, exercise, and maintain optimal health for your muscles, you will see a tremendous difference in the rate that your body metabolizes food. As people age, their metabolism quite naturally slows down. The greatest way to prevent this from happening is through exercise and staying fit.

I believe through careful analysis, exercise, and attention to each person’s unique needs, we could bring about a more natural balance of the metabolic burn vs. the calorie intake. To a level where optimal health and weight control are in equilibrium.

Whenever you read about exercising, you often see the caution from an author about talking to your physician before you start any exercise program. This is sound advice, as long as you don’t take it too far. Because of this common caution, many people seem to think that physicians are experts on exercise. That isn’t usually the case.

Most physicians are trained in working with diseases and how to cure them. They don’t know much more about putting together a proper exercise program than the average, educated adult.

If you have an existing medical condition, or you’ve been told you have certain risk factors (such as: being a smoker, or being excessively overweight) you definitely should talk to your physician before you start an exercise program. But, talking to them, and getting exercise program advice from them, are two different things.

If you have a good physician, he or she will probably give you clearance to exercise and tell you if there is anything you need to be careful about. They may suggest you have an exercise physiologist or an experienced trainer design and supervise a sensible program. If you have a severe medical condition, they may suggest that you join a supervised exercise program such as a cardiac rehab program at a medical facility or hospital.

It seems to me that too many people use the need for talking to their physician as an excuse for not starting an exercise program. They just can’t find the time for an appointment, or they don’t want to pay for an extra visit. Well, if you’re generally in good health and see your physician for regular check ups, you probably don’t need to check in with them before starting an exercise program. Of course if it’s been a long time since you did any exercise, you’re over 65, or you have a specific medical condition, it sure would make sense to at least call your physician and tell them what you want to do.

In almost all cases, the benefits of a sensible exercise program far outweigh the precautions you may need to take. So:

- check in with your physician if it’s necessary,

- have a professional design a sensible program for you, and

- start doing some exercising on a regular basis

So, as I said in the beginning: “Do some exercises and call me in the morning !”

Many adults enjoy and are aware of the rewards of yoga. Yoga stretches tight muscles, builds body awareness, improves endurance, and calms the mind and body. But yoga is now attracting a younger audience who is finding out that yoga can be a fun way to exercise and relax.

Yoga may not look like other forms of exercise to most people, but they are amazed at how the seemingly simple poses can work out so many different areas of their body.

Why Yoga is Different

For people lacking in confidence about their body image, some group activities can backfire causing people to further disconnect from their bodies and actively resist taking care of themselves. Yoga’s emphasis is on self-acceptance which makes it more appealing, a less intimidating way to get active. Yoga stresses a nonjudgmental emphasis on body awareness.

Yoga is not a competitive sport- there are no winners or losers. Yoga can give less confident people that much-needed support from their peers. If someone in a class has difficulty with a particular pose, often others in the room help them out. Yoga offers many people an opportunity to just relax. Just getting to be -without having to achieve anything in particular- is a huge relief to many people.

The Added Benefits of Yoga

Traditional sports tend to emphasize strength and speed over flexibility. Many adults overlook the importance of stretching. Additionally others use weight training to develop major muscles while ignoring the supportive and opposing muscles which are equally as important. Yoga can help correct these imbalances. It helps build endurance and flexibility, thereby improving athletic performance. Yoga can also enhance your ability to concentrate and focus, and improve your posture. Chest-opening postures and inverted poses strengthen arms, shoulders and back muscles, which teach you how to carry yourself with more self confidence.

Yoga can also teach you how to stay calm centered and focused in the midst of distraction and to let your body relax. This is an important skill for anyone who is experiencing transitions- physical, emotional, intellectual in today’s fast paced world. Yoga often becomes an outlet for working out people’s emotions. It can help you take control of you frustration and find alternative ways to deal with it rather than reacting right away.

So many techniques to lose weight have bombarded the market today. People’s quest for a healthier, sexier and fitter body has unveiled more than a couple of ideas how to realize that quest. There are even explanations as to why a specific “technique” works. Many also claim that their techniques have no “bad effects” in a person’s health. Let’s check out some of the statements we were led to believe to achieve success in losing weight. •You need supplements to lose fat. •The only way to get really lean is to “starve” your self. •You can believe everything you read in the magazines. •Meal replacement products, powders and diet shakes help you “burn” fat. •Thermogenic “fat burners” that containing ephedrine and caffeine are highly effective for permanent fat loss. •Losing fat can be accomplished without hard work. •Some people will never be able to lose weight and they should just give up and accept their genetics for what they are. •Zero carbohydrate or very low carbohydrate diets are the best way to lose body fat permanently •If you eat the right foods, you can lose fat permanently without exercise. •You can lose 30 pounds of fat in 30 days •”If all else fails, then steroids, growth hormone, weight loss drugs or surgery will help me lose this stubborn fat for good and regain my youthful look” •You Can Lose weight in just minutes each day (or week!)

Guess what? These techniques do not really guarantee the fast and satisfying results they promise. Do you really think you would lose weight by not doing anything, or by just taking those supplements, and starving yourself? According to Tom Venuto, author of the Big Fat Lies and Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle (http://hop.clickbank.net/?idtabije/burnthefat), the twelve statements above are not the surefire ways to lose weight, keep a healthy and sexy body and still stay fit. In fact, some of them can cause more harm than good to your health.

Take for example dieting. It should not necessarily come to the point that you have to starve yourself to make sure you do not gain weight. Tom stated that all you need is exercise, nutrition, and proper mental attitude to lose and eventually maintain your ideal weight.

The body needs all the nutrients it can get for its everyday functions. You must remember that losing weight is not the only task the body has. You go to work, go to school, you attend to your family, attend to other people even before you attend to yourself. Other than those, you have more extra activities. It is only proper that you give your body the nourishment it needs to gather all the strength needed to do all those activities. If you are not eating properly, what do you think will happen to yourself after doing all those things? Most of the time, food supplements do not necessarily provide the nutrients your body needs. Did you know that it is necessary to have a medium to above-average intake of calories? Because calories are then turned to energy that provides strength to accomplish all the tasks you need to do. In that way, you will be able to have the strength to spend for work, and all the other activities in your routine including exercising.

You do need to work out to shake of excess fat. Convert them into muscles instead. Remember the saying “every hard work pays off”. You do not have to resort to steroids, ephedra and other growth hormone or weight loss drugs as they may cause side effects not only to your physical health but to your mental health as well if not taken properly.

Losing weight is a gradual process so, do not believe the “over-night” guarantee some weight-loss tips promise you. And, again, you do need to work it off and not wait because it won’t shake off by itself.

Magazines are a form of advertising. You must have noticed that the figures shown seem too good to be true. Well, there may be proof of their reality, but again, they couldn’t have happened overnight and without hard work. Yes, the figures in the magazines are great inspiration to follow. But it would only frustrate you if you wouldn’t be able achieve the figures in the prints. The tricks in pursuing your quest for a healthy and sexy body are patience in training, endurance in hard work, and of course, the contentment and confidence in yourself.

Warning:Don’t go for any weight loss or diet plan before reading this report.

Yes,you must be aware of the following 7 points before adopting a diet plan.

1)Your weight loss program must remove toxins from your body.

Do you know these facts?

FACT #1:90% of the toxins in your body are expelled from your body through breath. But an average person uses only 30% of his/her lung capacity!

FACT #2:8% of the toxins are removed from the excretory organs. But 80% of the population has clogged colons resulting in pounds of impacted waste.

FACT #3:2% of the toxins are removed through the skin, nose, ears etc.

So,where do all the toxins that are not expelled through the breath and excretory organs go? Simple, they get stored in your body.

No matter how much clean you think your body is….it has a storage of toxins in one form or the other due to the above factors.

And,toxins are the No.1 cause of fat deposition. In fact,it’s toxin which makes fat removal so difficult to achieve.

But, most of the fat supplement manufacturers and diet experts don’t seem to know anything about this vital fact! or atleast they are pretending not to know.

Remember. No toxin removal-No fat removal. Period.

2)You must Lose Fat not water

Most of the diet programs are based on low calorie diets. This kind of food deprevation signals your body to shed water stored in and around the cells.Remember, your body is 70% water.

Losing this water around the cells causes your body to instantly lose some weight making you think that the weight loss program is a success.

Whereas, this water weight comes back as easily as it was lost.

Conclusion? Be 100% sure if the weight loss program you are about to select makes your body lose just water or real fat.

3)The weight loss program must optimize the functioning of the fat burning organs in your body.

Most of the products available in the market today don’t fulfill this criterion.

There are appetite suppressants that only suppress the appetite……..which is very dangerous, and fat blockers, which only block the fat you eat.

The popular diet programs go one step ahead by limiting the type and amount of food you eat.

This results in malnutrition of the various fat burning organs of the body, depriving them of nutrients and resulting in their malfunctioning and untimely failure.

Most of the weight loss programs can never improve the functioning of the organs responsible for natural and effortless weight loss over a long period of time.

Hence, look for info about whether your weight loss program really has the necessary nutrients required and a strategy to keep these fat burning organs in good shape.

4)The weight loss programs must be free of harmful chemicals and drugs without side effects.

Most of the weight loss supplements have one or the other side effects because they are made from untested chemicals and drugs like ephedra, which are harmful to your body.

5)Must have a Scientific basis-tried and tested over a long period of time .

99% of all the weight loss programs available in the market have no scientific basis. They have not been tested and proven over a long period of time.

In fact, most products use you as a guinea pig for testing their products!

6)Your weight loss program must increase your metabolism naturally.

Without increasing metabolism in a natural way, fat burning is impossible.

7)No drastic reduction in food intake should be necessary.

It is a wrong notion propagated by the diet industry that the less calories in-more is the weight loss. This is a great lie and harms the body. Yo-yo dieting is the result of this approach.

In fact, drastic reduction in calorie intake deprives vital nutrients to the very organs that are responsible for metabolism and fat burning resulting in their failure to burn fat.

Hence, watch out for very low calorie diets!

99% of diet programs in the market today will definitely fail this test and the reason for it? They are Junk!.

Yes,the diet industry is full of lies and false claims regarding weight loss. The real fact is..majority..yes..majority don’t know the real reason for fat accumulation and what really works.

Hair loss treatments are usually divided into two groups: natural hair loss treatments and all the other hair loss remedies. Unfortunately, many people that experience hair loss are not aware of the natural hair loss remedies. They usually get frustrated after having side effects of the hair loss remedies or spend too much money on ineffective hair loss remedies.

Herbal hair loss treatments have been proven effective for decades and in some cases even centuries. They cause no side effects, cost less than any other hair loss treatment and bring good results in preventing hair loss, stopping hair loss and regrowing hair.

Here are some of the most common herbs for hair loss:

1. Rosmary (Rosmarinus in Latin) – known for stimulating hair growth and for enhancing dark hair.

2. Dong Quai – A Traditional Chinese herb that contains phytoestrogens that reduces the formation of DHT. Hence, Dong Quai is beleieved to stop hair loss and even regrow hair.

3. Saw Palmetto – A small creeping palm – Also known as Serenoa repens. It contains free fatty acids and phytosterols, which block the formation of DHT and by inhibiting the enzyme 5-alpha reductase that contributes to androgenetic alopecia. and has shown to be more effective than Finasteride in some cases.

4. Aloe Vera – Taken from the inner leaves of plants, it is a substance in a gel formation that is known for its ability to calm irritated skin. It protects the scalp and hair and also known as a good remedy against Alopecia.

5. Capsicum – A type of hot peppers which stimulates hair growth by at least half and increases blood flow to the scalp. This herb is good for regrowing hair.

6. Lemongrass – A pale green stalk about 18 inches long. This herb stables oil product in the scalp. It also increases fullness and body to the hair.

If you suffer from hair loss or thinning hair or just want to keep your hair healthy and strong, it is recommended to use herbal hair loss treatments.

The attic door swings open.

Behind the ancient bumper pool table, beside the old Zim-Zam set and underneath the ugly pair of K-Tel skis lies a round, leathery object covered by two decades of dust. At first, it looks like an old, warn soccer ball or volleyball.

But to many fitness trainers around the world, that simplistic medicine ball is the answer to all their workout prayers.

Once an invaluable training tool for track athletes, fitness fanatics, and prizefighters, the medicine ball has been revamped from dormancy and is once again regarded as a workout favorite for many trainers.

The value of the medicine ball is that it targets your core strength – or the area that includes your back and your abs. Strengthening your core will directly fortify the joints in your elbows, shoulders, and knees, thus providing more raw power for your arms and legs.

So to put that old training tool back to use, try these abdominal exercises with the use of the medicine ball:

LEG RAISES: Get flat on your back and place your arms by your sides. Holding the medicine ball between your lower legs, slowly raise the ball until your legs are arched upward at an angle of 45 degrees (or approximately two feet off the floor). Slowly bring your legs (and the ball) back toward the floor as you squeeze your abs, stopping just an inch or two before hitting the floor. Repeat the motion for as many repetitions as you can.

SIT-UPS: Bend your knees slightly, keeping your feet flat on the floor as you lie on your back. Holding the medicine ball directly out in front of you, slowly lift your shoulders off the floor, lifting your upper torso until it’s bent at a 45-degree angle. Slowly let your back drop down to the floor before repeating this motion as many times as you can.

For an upper-body exercise, try this exercise to strengthen the triceps and the chest with the use of the versatile medicine ball:

PUSH-UPS: Place your hands atop the medicine ball with the ball directly underneath your chest. Your hands, obviously, will be placed close together. Your legs should be straight back with your toes planted straight into the floor. Push your torso straight up from the ball until your arms are fully extended. Then slowly lower your upper body until it nearly touches the ball. Repeat this motion as many times as you can for a great chest and triceps workout.

True treadmills are one of the top of the line treadmills for home or commercial fitness equipment. Exceptional standards of excellence go into the manufacture of each treadmill and each one is tested before it leaves the factory floor. These treadmills are not only respected for their quality and durability, but the affordable price tag is an added bonus. There are six models to choose from when you intend to purchase one of the True treadmills, each one offering more features and options for you to explore.

When you have a treadmill bearing the True name, you can be assured that the deck contains a higher quality of phenolic laminate than the industry requires. The 4-ply belt has triple weave construction providing you with a longer lasting treadmill because of the reduced friction. The rollers of the True treadmill have a special laminate material to prevent any slips and this results in the rollers lasting for a long period of time. With the affordable True treadmill prices, you get a machine that won’t require any costly repairs well into the future.

If you are worried about the shock absorption feature of the treadmill, you have no cause for alarm. The True Company has an exclusive shock absorption system built into each True treadmill that helps prevent stress to your knees, ankles and leg joints. Not only do you have great lateral stability, but there is no shifting of the deck from side to side.

The True Treadmills prices really don’t reflect the steel construction of the machine. Once you inspect it without knowing the cost, you might easily dismiss it as being too expensive for your budget. This is what makes finding out the price such a pleasant surprise.

The options on True treadmills are user friendly. The program is easy to set up and you get feedback on your progress throughout your fitness routine. In addition, there are many accessories provided for your convenience, such as a water bottle holder, a reading rack, and places to hold your cell phone or CD player.

The Heart Rate Control is one feature of True treadmills that does give you reliable information as you exercise. You can gradually work up to your target heart rate and the monitor relays the reading of your pulse so that you stay within this range. This is what you need to burn off the extra calories and build up your muscle strength. Just keep in mind that one day won’t cut it if you want to use a treadmill to help you lose weight.

True treadmills are good quality treadmills.
