But even this little bit is a good place to start.

Obviously, your odds are better if you start off with a strong pocket pair when playing poker online. This will give you a better chance of making a high scoring hand later on. An important thing for you to know is that your odds for making it rapidly decrease the further you go into the game. The odds peak at the flop, and then decline dramatically with each card after.
